The former Victoria’s Secret Angel and NFL player posted multiple times on their Instagram accounts, showing their social media followers just how happy and grateful they are to be in each others’ lives.
“The blessings keep pouring, grateful for this new chapter and soon to be married and a forever to go Capri , Italy ,” the soon-to-be-married couple wrote on their first post.
“One of the best gifts in life is a lifetime of adventures! My soulmate, protector, backbone and best friend the best memories are yet to come Capri Italy,” reads a second post.
