All Koltin Locations in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Koltin is a character in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that has an obsession with Bubbul Gems. Bubbul Gems are a newly introduced form of currency that Link can only trade to Koltin in exchange for various goods he feels like offering at the time.
In order to grab Bubbul Gems in Zelda: Totk, Link will need to kill Bubbul Frogs in caves across Hyrule, which Koltin will explain to Link, and collect the gems that are dropped. Each frog will only drop one gem which can then be taken to Koltin at one of his three available locations.
