Margot Robbie reveals the one condition she had for starring in Barbie. Having already tackled roles as diverse as Harley Quinn, Tonya Harding and Queen Elizabeth I, Robbie next takes on the challenge of embodying one of toy history’s most iconic dolls in the long-awaited Barbie movie. Directed by Greta Gerwig, Barbie sees Robbie living a perfect life in a literal Dreamhouse, until she and her sporty boyfriend Ken (Ryan Gosling) find themselves transported to the real world, which promises to be less ideal than Barbie’s own universe of pink plastic houses, smiling friends and frolicking on the beach.
