These children might have grown up to join Luke Skywalker's Jedi Order, assuming they survived the Dark Times and the Galactic Civil War. Despite Vader's actions, Palpatine still had Imperial Inquisitors who hunted down Jedi survivors and Force-sensitive children. However, a secret network called The Hidden Path may have helped some children evade the Empire to possibly be discovered by Luke Skywalker later on.
