Reacher Can't Bring Back Finlay & Roscoe Without Completely Changing Lee Child's Books
Spoilers are ahead for Reacher season 1.
Reacher season 1 thrived on the chemistry between Jack Reacher, Finlay, and Roscoe in investigating a corruption scandal in Margrave, Georgia. However, it's unlikely that Finlay and Roscoe will return in Reacher season 2 as the source material, Bad Luck and Trouble, doesn't feature their characters. While the show's creator is open to their return, it would be difficult to organically incorporate them into the new narrative and may not be worthwhile.
