Kevin Hart and His Hartbeat Banner Signs With WME
Comedian and box office powerhouse Kevin Hart and his Hartbeat production banner have signed with WME for representation in all areas.
The signing comes as Hart continues to develop, star in and produce feature films, TV series, commercials and podcasts via Hartbeat as it expands its portfolio of multiplatform IP. WME had been representing Hart for comedy touring and is now expanding its relationship. Hartbeat was created in 2022 when Hart merged his existing entertainment companies Hartbeat Productions and Laugh Out Loud.
The company now consists of three divisions: Hartbeat Studios, which finances, develops and produces IP; Hartbeat Media, which distributes content through channels including the Lol! Network; and Pulse, a brand-funded entertainment studio and marketing consultancy. Hartbeat released 23 projects across TV, film, digital and audio last year and opened a new headquarters in Los Angeles.
