Toonami Co-Creator Teases the Future of Adult Swim's Ninja Kamui
Jason DeMarco, the co-creator of Toonami and VP and Creative Director for on-air at Adult Swim, recently held a Q&a online regarding Ninja Kamui. He revealed whether the anime-original action series by former Jujutsu Kaisen director Sunghoo Park has been deemed successful enough for another season.
On social media platform X (formerly Twitter), DeMarco answered fan questions relating to the Adult Swim action series. At the moment, Ninja Kamui Season 2 has yet to be confirmed. However, "[Cartoon] Network and Max are thrilled with Season 1." DeMarco also stated that "Toonami is doing well and both the network and our bosses are happy with our ratings and the performance of our original series!" In addition, he revealed that concept art for Ninja Kamui "can and will be shared at some point, but thats up to Park."
