Terrible monsters called Kaiju plague Japan, and Kafka hates them all until he becomes one. Season 1 was a wild ride as Kafka joined the Jakdf as a half-other Kaiju monster hiding in plain sight, ending with a bang as Kafka faced Isao Shinomiya in mortal combat to prove his worth.

Until the next season of Kaiju No. 8 arrives, anime audiences are looking for something to slake their thirst for similar tales.
