Dune: Prophecy is set to premiere on Max in Fall 2024. The prequel show is set to follow the establishment of the Bene Gesserit. The cast of the show includes Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, and Mark Strong.
Dune: Prophecy now has an official release window. The upcoming Dune prequel show is set 10,000 years before the events of the two Denis Villeneuve movies adapting the iconic Frank Herbert novel of the same name. The prequel, which is based on the 2012 Brian Herbert novel Sisterhood of Dune, will follow the events that led to Valya (Emily Watson) and Tula Harkonnen (Olivia Williams) establishing the clandestine and powerful sisterhood known as the Bene Gesserit. The ensemble cast of the show also includes Travis Fimmel, Mark Strong, Jade Anouka, Chris Mason, Jodhi May, Josh Heuston, and Tabu.
