
Mythical Entertainment Taps Jawhara Tariq to Lead Venture Investing and Strategy (Exclusive)

Mythical Entertainment is expanding its venture capital business, hiring Jawhara Tariq as senior VP of strategy, corporate development & investments.
Tariq will have a mandate to focus on growth and revenue maximization, as well as oversight of the company’s $5 million venture capital fund Mythical Ventures. Originally launched in 2021 as the Mythical Creator Accelerator, the fund invests in creator-owned and led media companies.
She will report to Mythical president Brian Flanagan. Tariq most recently worked as VP of strategy and chief of staff at Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat and before that worked at the Vc firms M13 and Moonshots Capital.
