The Boondock Saints 3 star Norman Reedus has revealed where the upcoming sequel will pick up following the conclusion of the previous movie. Reedus and Sean Patrick Flannery starred in Troy Duffy's The Boondock Saints, which followed two vigilante Irish Catholic brothers, who, following a religious epiphany, embark on a murderous crusade against the city's criminals, in the name of God. The movie had a troubled production and a poor box office but became a cult film, spawning a sequel, The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day, in 2009. The Boondock Saints 3 has been confirmed to be in development, with Reedus and Flannery expected to reprise their roles.
