
Local TV Giant Tegna Taps Mike Steib as New CEO

The local TV station giant Tegna is getting a new CEO.
The broadcast company, created eight years ago when Gannett separated its broadcasting and publishing businesses, has named Mike Steib as its new CEO, beginning in August.
Steib is currently the CEO of Artsy, the online art discovery and collecting platform, and previously served as CEO of The Knot owner Xo Group. He also previously held senior roles at Google and NBCUniversal.
He’s also a podcaster, hosting an iHeartMedia show called Office Hours in which he interviews some of the business world’s top CEOs.
