Inflation is Hitting Walt Disney World Food Hard!

I love the food at Walt Disney World. Whether it’s plastic cheese at Magic Kingdom, an Orange Bird cake at Disney Springs, or honey wine at Epcot, I’m willing to part with a paycheck to have some. Unfortunately, inflation is making it harder to enjoy even the most basic snacks at the parks.
FinanceBuzz has been investigating inflation’s impact on Walt Disney World eats, and the findings are a bit troubling. Over the past decade, food and drink at the Orlando parks have more than doubled in price.
The increased cost of food items has overshot the much-talked-about prices of Disney theme park tickets! Heck, it has even managed to shoot past the rate of inflation we’ve been dealing with since 2021.
Here’s a breakdown of FinanceBuzz’s research:
The prices for food favorites at Walt Disney World have inflated 61% on average over the last 10 years.
