Fawad Khan & Vaani Kapoor To Star In Hindi-Language Rom-Com Shot Entirely In UK
Pakistani star Fawad Khan and Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor are set to star in an untitled rom-com that will shoot entirely in the UK.
The rom-com will tell the story of how two broken people come together by a stroke of luck and end up helping each other and ultimately falling in love. Filming is being lined up for fall. Shooting locations have yet to be revealed but it is expected to lens in London.
The Hindi-language film will be directed by Aarti Bagdi and will mark the first international collaboration for Eastwood Studios, the outfit started by former Reliance and Phantom exec Vivek B Agrawal and Devang Dholakia.
Agrawal previously produced films including Queen, Udta Punjab, Super 30 and Netflix’s first series in India, Sacred Games.
One of the biggest actors to hail from Pakistan, Khan’s 2022 action-adventure The Legend Of Maula Jatt became the country’s highest-grossing film of all time.
