Blue Bloods TV Series in Development, Based on Melissa De La Cruz’s Best-Selling Vampire Novels
Much to the confusion of Tom Selleck fans everywhere, production company Awesomeness is developing a new TV show about vampires called — wait for it — Blue Bloods.
The series, which does not yet have a network attached, is based on Melissa De La Cruz’s best-selling Blue Bloods books, which are set in a version of New York City that is ruled by an elite group of immortal vampires, our sister site Deadline reports. Jacquie Walters is on board as writer and executive producer.
