Dragon Ball Anime Studio's Most Ambitious Movie Lands Big Gaming Deal

Toei Animation, the famous Japanese animation studio behind the Dragon Ball anime franchise, is about to launch an ambitious video game collaboration project for its most ambitious animated movie. The upcoming CGI animated film Hypergalactic, will soon appear in popular video games like Roblox and Fortnite.
Spaceport, an industry leader in licensing and creator-driven tools, is partnering with Toei Animation for its new animated movie aimed at a global audience. Hypergalactic follows a teenage girl and her younger brother as they search for their missing parents in the not-too-distant future of Earth. Their seemingly hopeless quest leads them to awaken a forgotten protector of Earth -- a monkey-man hero who takes visual inspiration from the Monkey King from Journey to the West. Naoto Oshima, the co-creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, is developing the films characters and story with Toei Animation.
