A once fruitful creative relationship between Netflix and director Zack Snyder could possibly be on the rocks. Snyder delivered two big hits for the streamer with 2021's Army of the Dead and its prequel spinoff, Army of Thieves. This resulted in plans emerging for another sequel and an animated series to expand the universe.
