Entertainment Tonight got a rare interview with Joan Vassos ahead of the media blitz for the upcoming season of The Golden Bachelorette. The interview coincided with a group date with some of her suitors.
The interview took place in July, just a few weeks into filming for the spinoff. Et interviewed Joan and the 12 contestants on the group date at the Avalon Hollywood nightclub.

If you thought ABC would skip the strip tease date on the season with the senior citizens, you would be wrong. The network enlisted a Chippendale dancer named Rk to train the older men on how to perform a strip tease.
