Samara Weaving's New Horror Movie Only Makes Me Want A Sequel To Her 89% Hit Even More
Samara Weaving's success in horror movies like The Babysitter and Ready Or Not cements her as a contemporary scream queen. Weaving's return to supernatural horror in Azrael after a break showcases her range and dedication to the genre. Although Azrael looks like a fun showcase for star Samara Weaving, its trailer has just reminded me how much I want to see a follow-up to 2019s Ready Or Not. Samara Weaving has an impressive career, with some of the stars biggest hits being horror movies. Ash Vs Evil Dead gave Weaving an early minor role, but it was 2017s The Babysitter that made her a star. Weaving dominated that horror-comedy as the titular babysitter, a murderous monster who managed to be both funny and appealing while also convincing as a demonic villain.
