Oi! Tonbo Anime Season 2 Announces Two New Cast Members
Golf-themed anime Oi! Tonbo returns for a second season this fall, bringing with it a new setting and new characters! Today, we meet two new characters who will debut when the action moves to Kumamoto Prefecture. Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackerman in Attack on Titan ) will play Hinoki Otoha, Tonbo's new rival. Ishikawa describes Hinoki as "earnest and kind," but constantly under pressure due to her father's expectations. Marina Inoue (who also starred in Attack on Titan as Armin Arlelt) plays Ema Kurisu. A former champion golfer, she suffered a serious injury and disappeared from the public eye. Ten years after her win, she is competing once again and now plays left-handed.
