PlayStation confirmed it was closing down Concord just a few weeks after its release, which makes Prime Video's upcoming video game adaptation a lot weirder. Secret Level was announced by Amazon following Fallout's success, with the streaming service seemingly looking to capitalize on the popularity of video game adaptations by introducing a fresh concept. The new show will tell short stories from a variety of different gaming worlds, which include big IPs such as God of War, Dungeons & Dragons, Pac-man, and Warhammer 40,000, giving multiple different franchises the chance to thrive in a televised format.

With an interesting premise and several popular games to adapt, Secret Level looks to be Amazon's answer to Love Death + Robots, especially since Tim Miller is leading the project. The show will be an anthology series consisting of 15 episodes, meaning there is plenty of potential for multiple seasons and a healthy future.
