The sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece, Usopp, or as the Grand Fleet knows him, God Usopp, has been dreaming of going to Elbaf since before the time skip. He aims to become the greatest warrior of the sea and believes that the Giants are the only ones who can inspire him and help him achieve his goal. Thus, many One Piece fans expect him to get a new power-up in the upcoming arc.

But considering his personality and his comical cowardice in dangerous situations, fans have been skeptical about what his power-up could be. He cannot have an awakening as he does not have any Devil Fruit power, and in terms of Haki, he has only been able to awaken his Observation Haki till now.
