Gege Akutami Never Explained the Mystery Woman With Black Hair from Sukuna’s Past
The ending of Jujutsu Kaisen has become synonymous with an enigma. How did we go from complete destruction to a happy-go-lucky ending in just a few chapters? While the happy ending is great in itself, it leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, a dive into Sukuna’s Past. Gege Akutami brought everything to a close in the easiest and most convenient way possible without delving into the specifics. This has led to a long list of unanswered questions.

Even though Sukuna’s past was never explored, Akutami was able to draw a beautiful end to his character arc. Out of all the characters in the series, he had the best conclusion. The brief conversation he had with Mahito unraveled his true desires. However, there was one aspect of that conversation which is a big mystery.
