‘The Rings of Power’ Finale Exclusive Clip: Elendil Gets a Sword (Video)

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 and Tolkien book plot.] The most famous weapon in Jrr Tolkien lore next to Sauron’s One Ring is introduced in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 finale. TV Insider is exclusively debuting the scene, which also confirms the existence of Elendil’s (Lloyd Owen) other son, Anárion, who along with Isildur (Maxim Baldry) are Aragorn’s direct ancestors. The sword Aragorn will one day wield, Narsil, is revealed in the video above. In the scene, ousted queen Míriel (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) is urged to flee Númenor by Elendil as political conflict in the island kingdom reaches a tipping point.
