Who's the Boss: Comedy Sequel Series Not Being Made at Amazon Freevee
The Who’s the Boss? sequel series is not moving forward at Amazon Freevee. The streaming service announced it was developing the series in June 2022, but not much has been heard about the project since then.
The original Who’s the Boss? sitcom aired on ABC for eight seasons and stars Tony Danza, Judith Light, Alyssa Milano, Danny Pintauro, and Katherine Helmond. The story revolves around a former Major League Baseball athlete and single father, Tony (Danza), who wants to get his young daughter Samantha (Milano) out of the hectic world of New York. He takes a job as a live-in housekeeper to an single ad executive, Angela (Light), and her young son, Jonathan (Pintauro). Angela's feisty mother, Mona (Hellmond), lives nearby and visits to try to get her uptight daughter to loosen up.
