Critics’ Choice Awards Move to E! as Chelsea Handler Returns to Host
The Critics Choice Awards are making a big move, finding a new home on E!, after previously airing on The CW since 2018.
Despite the network change, one thing remains the same: Chelsea Handler is back as host for the third consecutive year.
The Critics Choice Association (Cca) announced the news, revealing that the 30th annual Critics Choice Awards will air on Sunday, January 12, 2025.

The event will feature a one-hour preshow — typical for E! — giving fans a chance to catch the red carpet buzz before the ceremony kicks off.
