Ways Boruto Filler Episodes Make The Anime Better

Boruto is one of the few anime that is arguably better because of filler than without it. Yes, filler, no matter the type, will always slow down the pace of the narrative and can even hurt the story if it's too prevalent, such was the case for the majority of Naruto: Shippuden, especially during the war arc. That being said, while Boruto's predecessor severely suffered as a result of countless filler episodes that did more harm than good, Boruto as a story is defined by its unique situation as a continuation of Naruto with a focus on exploring the next generation and that by itself gives the narrative enough room to not be rigidly defined by its core story.
