Noah showed off his proposal on Instagram in a video, along with a rose-covered heart display bearing the question “Will you marry me?” on a neon sign.

Junelle wore a silver gown as Noah led her to the display, where he got down on one knee in a black suit with a golden racing stripe down the pants leg.
As she said yes, her family and friends cheered before she showed off her diamond ring.
