Japan Ranks Its Top 10 Anime for Fall 2024
Niconico, a prominent content distribution service in Japan owned by parent company Kadokawa, recently unveiled its top 10 most popular Fall 2024 anime series by viewership. According to these rankings, Dandadan, Blue Box and the latest season of Re:Zero: Starting Life in Another World are currently some of the highest-viewed works among Japanese fans.
Per PR Times, Niconico's rankings were determined based on uploaded episode view totals in addition to hits for live televised broadcasts. Dandadan -- Shonen Jump's latest rising star -- headed the list at #1, followed by Blue Box, Season 2 of The Idolmaster Shiny Colors and The Temptation of 2.5 Dimensions, respectively. Season 3 of Re:Zero is currently the fifth-most viewed series. The entire list, ranked from most to least popular, can be viewed below.
