Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is finally entering its second story arc, and chapter #15 is the beginning of solving one of the series' biggest issues. The time skip has been amazing so far and is delivering on the hype and anticipation built up over the many years since the first scene was shown.
Set three years after Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, the protagonist, Boruto, is now a wanted fugitive for the murder of Naruto and Hinata, when in actuality, the two were sealed in a pocket dimension by Kawaki, who framed Boruto by using the power of the Omnipotence Shinjutsu. Running away with Sasuke, Boruto appears in Konoha amidst an assault by Code, and is desperately fighting to save his loved ones and the world, even if he is hated by everyone.
