Elektra is Officially Joining Marvel's Avengers, Confirming Her Daredevil Redemption is Complete
The newest member of the Avengers has officially been confirmed, in the form of Elektra's Daredevil. Ever since reuniting with his former lover in her on-panel comic debut, Matt Murdock has been trying to redeem the former assassin. Now it seems confirmed that her recent adoption of the title and role of Daredevil, the Woman Without Fear marked the official transition from Elektra being a conflicted anti-hero, to a full-blown superhero.
Marve's "Next Big Thing" panel at New York Comic-Con 2024 reveals Marvel's new line-up of vertical Infinity Comics coming to Marvel Unlimited, beginning with Astonishing Spider-Man (the first two issues are available now to readers for free). Astonishing X-Men will follow in December 2024, while Astonishing Avengers will arrive in January. And as the official artwork reveals, the trio of heroes underneath the Astonishing Avengers graphic are Captain America, She-Hulk, and most surprisingly, Elektra.
