‘16 And Pregnant’ Alumna Autumn Crittendon Cause Of Death Revealed
16 and Pregnant alumna Autumn Crittendon died of a drug overdose, TMZ reports, citing the Virginia Department of Health.
The official cause of death was toxicity from fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl, a synthetic opioid more potent than fentanyl, according to the agency, and her manner of death was listed as accidental.
Crittendon, who appeared on the fifth season of MTV‘s 16 and Pregnant reality show, was found unresponsive July 20 at her home in Henrico, Va. Attempts by paramedics to revive her were not successful and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
16 and Pregnant followed Crittendon’s pregnancy and birth of her eldest son Drake in the show. She went on to have two more children.
