Tricia Cast has been playing Nina on The Young and the Restless on and off since 1986. Although Nina has left Genoa City, the author has often returned to visit family and friends. And if recent speculation is true, the character could be making another return soon.
Instagram Post Hints At Nina’s Return
After playing Nina full-time for 15 years, Cast left Y&r in 2001 when she decided to move from California to Tennessee. However, she was always willing to return to the soap opera when needed.
In recent years, Nina’s return has been centered around her son Chance (Conner Floyd) or her friend Christine (Lauralee Bell). Her last appearance came in November 2023 when Chance was shot in the line of duty. The character might be gearing up for another Genoa City return a year after her last visit.
