When Bleach made its exciting comeback in 2022, everyone talked about the fan reactions to the series. However, what went unnoticed for the most part was how the cast and crew felt about returning to Bleach after a decade. Opposed to how fans experience anime characters from a far-off perspective, the voice actors actually get to live them.

Derek Stephen Prince, the English voice actor of Uryu Ishida, shared what he felt would make Ichigo’s character even more interesting. As great as his suggestion was, it can’t be changed even if Tite Kubo tried it himself.
