Star Wars has gradually shown more and more of Luke's new Jedi Order after the Empire, and one Order 66 survivor was much more instrumental to it than most fans know. The prequel Jedi were completely decimated by the Jedi Purge, until the likes of Luke Skywalker. Luke began to pick up the pieces around 24 years after the Purge, collecting Jedi history and knowledge to restart the Jedi Order - and restart it he did, on an ancient Jedi library world.

Luke established a new Jedi Temple on Ossus, and he began to teach students in the ways of the Jedi. The young Jedi had learned a bit from his masters, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda, but not nearly enough to start an entire new Order. Star Wars canon, though, has shown us that it was actually another Order 66 survivor that contributed a huge chunk of knowledge to Luke and his new Jedi Order.
