Christina Aguilera coached six seasons of The Voice between 2011 and 2016. She was an original coach when the singing competition premiered in April 2011, alongside Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and CeeLo Green. According to US Weekly, she left for Seasons 6 and 7 to spend time with her family before returning for Seasons 8 and 10.

The "Candyman" vocalist left the singing show for good in 2016, admitting she was "Ready to move on. She has since declared she will not return to The Voice and has no intention to in the future.

The iconic pop star revealed in a candid interview with The Los Angeles Times after leaving the show that she left after Season 10 because she felt "disconnected for a while and I wasn't in the right head space either being in an environment that was just not good for me."
