It is difficult to imagine The Office without Rainn Wilson’s Dwight Schrute, the annoying and sometimes endearing Assistant to the Regional Manager at Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch. Be it his romance with his colleague Angela, his rivalry with Jim Halpert, or even the way the character kisses up Steve Carell’s Michael Scott, it all started when Wilson showed up for the first audition on the very first day they were being held.
