Kanye West Accused Of ‘Choking & Gagging’ ‘Antm’ Alum Until She ‘Blacked Out’ In New Lawsuit
Kanye West has been accused of assaulting America’s Next Top Model alumna Jenn An during a 2010 music video shoot, according to a new federal lawsuit.
An alleges the rapper, 47, choked and gagged her until she lost consciousness, describing the incident as fulfilling “fetishes” rather than a professional music video shoot.
An is suing West and Universal Music Group (Umg) for gender-motivated violence, claiming the alleged assault occurred during the production of a music video for the song “In for the Kill” by Laroux at New York City’s Chelsea Hotel. West, who appeared on a remix of the track, and An were ultimately not seen in the video’s final version.
