Crunchyroll Announces Big Changes for 2025 Anime Awards

The ninth annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards will return to Tokyo, Japan, on May 25, 2025. The announcement was made at Comic-Con Experience - São Paulo 2024 in Brazil, with Crunchyroll revealing the date, location, guests and more for its upcoming award show.
Per a press release, Brazilian singer and drag queen Pabllo Vittar is the first celebrity presenter announced for the 2025 Anime Awards. Japanese voice actor Sally Amaki and entertainer Jon Kabira will return as co-hosts for the star-studded event. Kenichiro Yoshida, Sony Group Corporation Chairman and CEO, will again deliver the show's opening remarks.
