Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece is one of the top 3 anime in history but even a series this perfect has its flaws. One of the main complaints that hold people back from starting One Piece is the slow pace and the misconception of how many filler episodes are in it. Despite only taking up ten percent of the overall series so far, some of these arcs are downright painful to get through. One of the most notorious terrible filler arcs is Foxy’s Return Arc.

The Long Ring Long Land Arc, which takes place before Foxy’s Return, introduces one of the most useless antagonists in the series, the Foxy Pirates and their trickster captain. The entire arc revolves around him being a nuisance to the Straw Hat Pirates and the extended Davy Back Fight that made fans yawn.
