For the most part, Marvel Rivals players are likely familiar with the game’s heroes, but there is one notable exception: Luna Snow. In a game populated by some of the biggest name characters in pop culture like Wolverine, Spider-Man, and Iron Man, some Marvel Rival players have been left scratching their heads over prominent healer Luna Snow. Even the game’s other obscure heroes, like Jeff the Land Shark and the breakout star Squirrel Girl, have appeared in far more Marvel Comics than Luna.

One possible reason why Luna Snow isn’t as well known as other Marvel Rivals heroes is her unique origins. Unlike most Marvel heroes, Luna was not originally created for the comics, or even a show or movie in the MCU. It’s not too surprising many are left wondering who she is when she has yet to pop up in any major Marvel projects.
