One Piece: Eiichiro Oda’s Promise Sounds Great, but It Also Hints the Worst Fate for Luffy That Has Been Teased Too Many Times
For over two decades, One Piece has captivated millions with its sprawling world, unforgettable characters, and epic storytelling. However, as the manga is currently going through the Elbaf Arc, we can assume that the series will most likely conclude after two or three more arcs. As the ending is looming near, fans all over the world are speculating in which way Eiichiro Oda will finish the story, or more specifically what will be the Straw Hats’ fate.

Although Oda has always refrained from going extreme routes in his storyline, one of his past statements about Luffy’s future sounds very conflicting given One Piece‘s current premise.
