Chance the Rapper‘s wife of five years, Kirsten Corley, has filed for divorce.
The 31-year-old entertainer and his wife have been married since 2019. She filed for divorce on Friday (December 13), but they announced their split back in April.

TMZ reports that online divorce documents have not been made available yet, so it’s unclear if she’s seeking spousal support or what she’s requesting in terms of their two daughters: Kensli, 9, and Marli, 5.
“After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways,” they wrote in a joint statement on Instagram back in April. “We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.”
The statement added, “God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together. We kindly ask for privacy and respect as we navigate this transition.
