What We Do In The Shadows Series Ending Explained: Nadja's Alternate Hypnosis Scenes & What's Next For Guillermo

Warning: Spoilers ahead for the What We Do in the Shadows finale.
The series finale of What We Do in the Shadows ends with Guillermo and the vampire crew walking away from their "documentary". Every key member of the What We Do in the Shadows cast returned for the celebrated series created by Taika Waititi and Jermaine Clement, who also wrote, directed, and starred in the 2014 original film of the same name. After Alexander Skarsgård's surprise appearance in the penultimate episode of Wwdits, his brief cameo did not roll over into the final episode. The series finale was released on FX on December 16, 2024, and notably features three alternate versions of Nadja's hypnosis cutscene.
What We Do in the Shadows season 6, episode 11, simply titled "The Finale", begins like any other episode. It sets up a hilarious premise in which Cravensworth's Monster is uncontrollably aroused, forming a new romantic interest in The Guide.
