Asylum Entertainment Rebrands As Pantheon Media With Jennifer O’Connell Named As CEO

Asylum Entertainment Group is rebranding and has a new CEO.
The company is rebranding to Pantheon Media Group and former HBO Max unscripted boss Jennifer O’Connell has been named CEO.
O’Connell launched Velvet Hammer Media last year with Rebecca Quinn and is behind series such as The CW’s The Big Bakeover and Roku’s Best Bite Wins. O’Connell will remain Co-CEO of the company, which, in 2023, took investment from Endeavor, which also backs Asylum/ Pantheon.
Steve Michaels, who was previously CEO of the company, will become Chairman.
Pantheon Media Group includes around 20 unscripted labels including Done+Dusted and Film 45.
