Smallville Writer Addresses "Fun" Scrapped Female Justice League Episode From The Superman Show's Last Season
According to a Smallville writer, the Superman show almost had an episode centered around a female Justice League made up of several powerful superheroes previously introduced throughout the DC series. Smallville ran through ten seasons from 2001 to 2011, following Tom Welling's young Clark Kent as he adapted to his powers and the increasingly dangerous world around him. Although Smallville was conceived as a Superman prequel show, it covered a big part of the Man of Steel's DC lore, with entire arcs focusing on some of his most famous storylines, villains, and supporting characters from the comics.
