CBS’ Fire Country would’ve hit too close to home this week. With that in mind, out of sensitivity to the devastation in the Los Angeles area and out of respect for the tens of thousands impacted by the massive Southern California fires, the scheduled repeat of the Northern California firefighter drama this Friday is being pulled. A rerun of NCIS: Sydney will air in its place. CBS’ Jan. 10 lineup will consist of NCIS: Sydney repeats at 8 Pm and 9 Pm, followed by a S.W.A.T. encore at 10 Pm.

There will be no change to NBC’s schedule tonight, with One Chicago returning after a holiday hiatus, including a new episode of Chicago Fire. Per the released synopsis, in the episode, Cruz’s past comes back to haunt him, Severide prepares to teach an arson class at the academy while Mouch searches for a victim’s next of kin.
