Nintendo Announces A Lego Version Of Another Classic Console Coming In October

As Nintendo fans wait for the long-anticipated Nintendo Switch 2, the prolific gaming company has announced a new collaboration with Lego, this time involving perhaps their most classic handheld console. In October 2025, long-time Nintendo fans and enthusiasts will get the chance to build the original Game Boy.

Nintendo announced the collaboration with Lego on Twitter with a teaser video showcasing a few of the Lego pieces that will make up the Game Boy. The video also confirms a release window of October 2025, although details like a specific date and price remain forthcoming.
