Justin Bieber and Usher first met in 2008 after the latter heard the young singer’s cover version of U Got It Bad. Usher later appeared on Bieber’s debut album My World, collaborating on the track First Dance. Usher was also featured in Bieber’s remix, Somebody to Love, in his album My World 2.0. However, Bieber is currently distancing himself from his mentor.

Both artists were in the spotlight following Diddy’s arrest as they were both once mentored by the disgraced hip-hop mogul.
