‘Avatar 3’ Reveals New Plot Details and Concept Art
James Cameron is taking us back to Pandora at the end of 2025 with Avatar: Fire And Ash, the third movie in the Avatar series. Jake and Neytiri’s family will explore new lands and meet a fresh group of Na’vi. Things won’t be as easy as they were in The Way of Water with the peaceful Metkayina clan.
Empire’s new issue gives a first look at the movie’s concept art and includes an interview with Cameron. This time, the film will focus on complexity and avoid the simple ‘good Na’vi vs. bad humans’ story. Cameron explains how they’re trying to create characters with more depth.
One of these new characters is Varang, the leader of a group called the Ash Clan. Varang, played by Oona Chaplin, has faced hardship and will go to extreme lengths to protect her people.
